We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their orders for that reason we do take returns as follows.
How ordering works
Return/Refund Policy
- A pre-order is opened with a new dress/set.
- You place your order.
- Pre-orders close approximately 1 week later.
- These aren't made until the bulk order is given to our manufacturer . This will take 4-6 weeks after the close date to arrive to us, then they will be shipped to you.
- Our great prices depend on pre-orders to stay low. We ask that once you place your order that you understand that pre-orders are non-refundable.
For items that do not fit:
We will gladly accept returns minus a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping
For items that are defective:
We will send you a return label at our cost.
Once we receive the item back we will refund item cost and return shipping fee, exchange for an item of your choice (equal or lesser value), or will give full store credit to be used on next purchase.
Please include name, email, and address on the order you are returning or email us that you are returning with the information.
